A yield needs both a rent and a sale price, so where a jurisdiction publishes rents but no openly licensed sale-price series we show no yield rather than one built on a value we would have to model. Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the ACT hold a single 2021 Census figure each, which is a point rather than a series; a tested conversion from it to a bond basis failed, and is documented rather than shipped.
